Junior Nikki Reinemann was recently awarded Honorable Mention in the Barry M. Goldwater Scholarship competition. The Goldwater is an award given to the most outstanding young research scientists, engineers and mathematicians in the country. Nikki has been performing original research in Dr. Nathan Hammer’s spectroscopy lab and she has recently presented at a conference and submitted a paper, as first author, for publication in a physical chemistry journal.
