We are thankful for honors alumna JANET PILKO for generously establishing the Excellence in STEM Scholarship Endowment, which will support our honors students by advancing women in STEM fields. Ms. Pilko also serves on our SMBHC Leadership Council, and we are grateful for her investment and commitment to the honors college.

Congratulations to everyone who participated in and donated to this year’s RebelTHON. The year-long fundraiser culminated in a twelve-hour dance at the Turner Center on February 19th. Thanks to the tireless efforts of the RebelTHON board, led by honors student Maia Cotelo, the Blair E. Batson Children’s Hospital received $112,603.56. WOW-WOW-WOW!
