We had 16 groups participate in Freshman Ventures this year. The Retreat will be on Saturday, March 27 starting with breakfast at 8:30 a.m. and presentations starting at 9:00 a.m. The Retreat will be held at the Oxford Conference Center (directions below; contact number (662) 232-2367). Lunch will also be served.

Driving directions to Oxford Conference Center from SMBHC (see map at https://www.honors.olemiss.edu/images/news/2008-07-map-occ.jpg):

1. From SMBHC, take a left out of the parking lot, then take a left at the stop sign onto Grove Loop.

2. At the 4-way stop, take a left (you are now on University Ave).

3. Continue straight down University for about 5 minutes (you will pass by the Chevron, Sonic, McDonald’s, Oby’s, etc).

4. Take left on HWY 7 North (it’s before you reach Kroger).

5. Turn right on Sisk Avenue – then right at Stop sign.

6. Ed Perry Boulevard will be the next right.

7. Enter from front of building.
