Student Activism in D.C.

This past weekend, Suad Patton Bey, Ainsley Ash, Tyler Yarbrough, Jaz Brisack, Abhijaya Shrestha, and Bailey Morton traveled to Washington, D.C. to participate in March for Our Lives. SMBHC students Tyler Yarbrough and Ainsley Ash were interviewed by a local news station. We love seeing our honors students be active citizen scholars. Thanks to honors junior (and Truman Finalist!) Jaz Brisack for sharing her pictures.
