The Sally McDonnell Barksdale Honors College mourns the loss of Dr. Charles Gates, who died at his home Monday, September 23rd at the age of 53. Dr. Gates was a long-time professor on the Honors Freshman Seminar team, and he was a former member of the Honors Council.
