The Sally McDonnell Barksdale Honors College received a record 1,133 applications by its January 15 deadline. Teachers and counselors have until the end of January to submit their letters of recommendation. Students who did not apply by the deadline may still do so through May 1, although qualified late applicants will be placed on a waitlist.  Applicants can access the Special Programs and Scholarships application by clicking here.

Those who applied by the deadline will be notified of our admissions decision by March 1st. Early action applicants (those who applied by November 1 and have a complete application by November 15) were notified of our admission decision by December 20.
