Timera Rodgers is originally from Byhalia, MS. Prior to joining the SMBHC staff in June 2024, she served as an Admissions Counselor with the Office of Admissions at Ole Miss for five years, granting her the opportunity to work with prospective students and their families throughout the application and admissions process. As the SMBHC Coordinator of Admissions and Recruitment, Timera works with prospective honors college students, oversees the Honors Ambassadors program and serves on various campus committees including the SMBHC admissions committee.
Timera received her associate’s degree in Business Administration from Northwest Mississippi Community College in 2016. In 2018, she earned her bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Corporate Relations and her master’s degree in Higher Education/Student Personnel in 2020, both from the University of Mississippi. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her friends and family and serving in various ways at her church, University of Life Church.
