On August 19th, 32 honors freshmen (recipients of the Roper, McDonnell-Barksdale, Doris Raymond, Harold Parker Memorial, Annexstad, or Stamps scholarships) gathered at Camp Hopewell for multiple team-building games along with a friendly poster design competition.

Allison Lavender (front and center), Assistant to the Dean for Student Engagement, organized the fun afternoon and said, “It was a wonderful day for our HoCo students to bond and make meaningful connections before the start of the school year.”
