Honors Ambassador Applications Now Available!
Hello First Years!
I hope everyone’s semester is off to a fantastic start. In my role with the Honors College, I have the pleasure of managing our Honors Ambassadors. Ambassadors enjoy efforts to recruit prospective students through letter writing, email communication, volunteering at preview days, and other fun events. This role is absolutely critical in bringing in each new class, and is also a fun way to become more involved with the Honors College. Ambassadors are asked to spend 1 hour per week writing letters and emails, and work at least one recruitment event during the 2018-2019 school year.
If you are interested in applying, please check out the important dates below:
Friday, September 7th: applications due in SMBHC 126 by 5 pm.
Wednesday, September 26th: 5 pm – first team meeting in the Honors Great room. Pizza served!
Spots are limited this year, but we will be taking some honors students to join us on the team. Honors freshmen through seniors are welcome to apply. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me.
